Our terms & conditions

• Booking a session requires a non-refundable deposit of 500 SAR. Rescheduling is only allowed in the case of a verified emergency and must be requested at least 24 hours before the session.

 

• The remaining balance must be transferred one day before the session date.

 

• We take family photos at the beginning of the session, after which family members are asked to wait in the car.

 

• Due to limited studio space, only one companion is allowed to accompany the mother.

 

• Photoshop Editing: Only light retouching is applied to family and children’s photos, so please come well-prepared for the session.

 

• If you arrive late, the time will be deducted from your session.

 

• Albums are printed in Kuwait by specialized women-only teams and shipped to our studio before delivery to your home.

 

• You will receive the link to select your photos within one week after the session. Printing takes 1–2 months depending on your session date; we will confirm the exact timeframe at that time.

• To maintain a clean and safe environment for children, please remove your shoes or use our plastic shoe covers before entering the children’s photography area.

 

• We do not offer printing on wooden boards for wall display in accordance with religious guidelines. In addition, women’s photos without hijab will not be shared on social media, and I have absolved myself of responsibility in this matter.
